Welcome to Tofutree Art & Design Limited’s (“Tofutree”) Website. These terms and conditions apply to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website.
We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.
The site contains material that is owned by Tofutree Art & Design Limited and is protected by New Zealand and International law, any unauthorized use of this material may violate copyright and other laws. All copyright and other intellectual property rights subsisting in the site and its content, including without limitation all images, graphics, text, logos contained in the site are owned by Tofutree.
Display prices on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change on the website without notice.
Payment for orders can be made by bank deposits or credit card via Paypal. Bank deposits must be made within 3 days after the confirmation of order or the order will be cancelled. We will not ship any items until we have received the full payment in our bank account. All credit cards transactions are securely processed by Paypal.
Dispatch and Delivery
Tofutree will make every effort to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Each item will be carefully packaged for shipment. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of orders within New Zealand. Delays or damage during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. Tofutree will not be held responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier providing shipping services. In case of late delivery we will not be liable for compensation.
All orders within New Zealand will be sent via Post Haste, PBT courier or NZ Post. By default all courier items will be sent with the requirement for signature on delivery. However, if you find it more convenient for courier items to be left in the mailbox or other place on the property, please specify in the “Add Comments About Your Order” section that a signature is not required. Please note that we will not be responsible for items that go missing when the signature on delivery option is cancelled by the customer.
Please note that we do not deliver any canvas prints to a PO BOX.
We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.
Returns and Refund policy
All items will be thoroughly checked and packed with great care to ensure they get to you in prefect condition. Should you happen to receive a faulty or defective item or is damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the item so we can work out a replacement. The item will then need to be returned to us within 7 days after you received the item in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. Please return items in its original condition and original packagings in which you received them.
In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you a refund. No refunds or exchanges will be made for any other reasons.
The availability shown on our Website is only an estimate, and is subject to change without notice. Some “Out of stock’” items may be on order. If you are interested in purchasing an item but it is shown ‘Out of stock’ on our Website, you are welcome to email us at email@example.com to enquire. We will contact you via email and discuss the various options (i.e. put one on hold for you as soon as it becomes available, or ordering an alternative item).
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to item(s) being out of stock, we will offer to provide alternative item(s) and if you do not wish to accept the offer a refund will be offered in the case where payment for the order has been received.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy and the security of your personal information is very important to us. Any information we collect from you is for sole purpose of processing and delivering your order. This information will not be sold, rented or disclosed to anyone. Tofutree uses Paypal to process credit and debit card transactions. We therefore do not see nor store your credit card details.
Tofutree aims to ensure that all products price, information and images on our Website are accurate to the best of our knowledge and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and accurate. However, we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information on this Website. Tofutree reserves the right to correct or amend any inaccuracies including products information, pricing, images and other information in the site without prior notice.
We have done our best in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible to help you make your purchase. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities . The colours you see from our website may differ slightly from the actual product colour as all computer monitors display colour slightly differently.
